Arranging for an electrical installation check prior to

Arranging for the installation of smoke and carbon

Arranging for the sweeping of chimneys – £10

Arranging for the preparation of an Inventory and Schedule of Condition – £10

Arranging for cleaning, gardening or other work

Registering the deposit with an insured scheme – free of charge

Preparing and submitting documentation for adjudication to the relevant tenancy protection scheme – £72 inc VAT

Submitting to HMRC quarterly for non-resident landlords – £30 inc VAT per quarter

Submitting to HMRC annually for non-resident landlords – £60 inc VAT

For major works in excess of £250 we will make an additional administration charge of 10% of the total bill.
